The record
Marker 060-21: Stanley's division of Howard's IV Corps was held up until the bridge was rebuilt, then camped near the county line; Wood's division followed the next day to fill the gap between Thomas and Schofield. Marker 060-20 traces the old road east from Buckhead roughly along today's East Paces Ferry Road.
Today: Cheshire Bridge Road crossing of the North Fork.
