White's Mill
John White and his sons' grist and lumber mill east of Atlanta, which ran until the mid-1900s and gave Whites Mill Road its name.
The record
Wikipedia's list of historic Atlanta-area mills places it on White's Mill Road, between I-20 and Flat Shoals Road, but gives neither the stream nor the exact site. Whites Mill Road crosses Doolittle Creek at the USGS gauge used for this point.
